Nourishes blood and qi, alleviates congestion of liver qi, invigorates blood to remove stagnation. Use for menstrual disorders due to deficiency of blood or yin, including cramps, headache, amenorrhea, and prolonged periods. Also used for post-partum fatigue, to clear blood stagnation and replenish blood. Caution in heat conditions.
