Symptoms: Pain and coldness in the lumbar area or legs or joints (especially knee joints); feeling of cold (the patient likes the warmth). The tongue may be pale with a thin, white tongue coat. The pulse may be thin, weak or empty. The applications include the following: (Note, the patient must have the above-listed symptoms associated with bi-syndrome due to def. qi and def. blood, ino order to use this.)
