Tonifies heart qi, blood and yin, nourishes liver yin and blood, calms shen, reduces heat. Use to relieve deficiency of heart blood causing insomnia, restless sleep, nightmares, night sweating, insomnia, vertigo, tinnitus, palpitation, dizziness, and fatigue. Source: Dr. Shi Jin-Mo, from Beijing, one of the four most famous 20th century physicians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Function: Strengthen qi and blood; improve mental health, strengthen kidney yin; tranquilize and calm the spirit Application: Use to treat heart empty fire due to def. kidney yin and def. heart yin. Symptoms: Fatigue, insomnia, nightmares, night sweats, poor memory, poor concentration, dizziness, tinnitus, palpitations, restlessness, agitation. Applications also use to treat: (in order to use this formula with a case, the patient must also have the heart empty fire symptoms listed above.)
